Job summary

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated B2B Sales Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing new clients for our accounting services. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential and increasing commission tiers, the more you grow, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential B2B clients including small business owners and nonprofit organizations

• Manage and move prospects through the full sales funnel from first contact to close

• Conduct discovery calls and present accounting service packages tailored to client needs

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline and client activity data

• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategy and messaging

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or professional services

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, QuickBooks Online (QBO), KPIs, and financial dashboards

• Self-directed and thrives in a remote, autonomous work environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts to non-accountants

Compensation & benefits

Pay: $24,480.00 - $108,540.00 per year with 10 - 15 clients signed per month.
