Love for Our Elders is a nonprofit organization founded in 2013 by Jacob Cramer and headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Dedicated to combating loneliness among senior citizens, the organization mobilizes volunteers worldwide to send personalized handwritten letters to isolated older adults, fostering meaningful intergenerational connections and reminding elders that they are loved and remembered.
